Program/Service Notes:
Baby TALK is a free early literacy program for families with children from birth through age 4. A free board book is given to each family every week. Baby TALK / Parents As Teachers Playgroups are held weekly in a variety of county locations. Children from birth through age 4 may participate, and each child receives a free book. Baby TALK also sponsors a free "Lunch and Learn" program for parents, serving a light lunch, with speakers on a variety of topics of interest to families.
