Eligibility:	The care recipient must be 60 years of age or over. Th caregiver must be providing some type of assistance that is keeping the care recipient out of a nursing facility.
Intake Process:	A referral must be made through the Information and Assistance Dept. and then a Family Support counselor will meet with the family to assess the need and develop a plan. An application will need to be completed.

The Family Caregiver Program is designed to provide assistance to family caregivers. There are five basic services: assistance, individual counseling, support groups, training, and supplemental services.
