Eligibility:	physician must certify individual is terminally ill, and be finished with treatment

Program/Service Notes:
Compassionate care and understanding support for those terminally ill and their families. Program offers symptom and pain management, skilled nursing, clergy and home health aide. Also offers medical, social and counseling services, medical equipment, supplies and pharmaceuticals. Bereavement aid also available.
