Program/Service Notes:
A Title 1 program which provides academic assistance to students in kindergarten and first grade who are recommended by the classroom teacher at one of five schools (Handley, Hailmann, Indian Trail, Lincoln and Kingsford Heights). Home visitors work with students at home and in school on specific skill areas, and when appropriate, link families with community services.
