Community Partners is a free, voluntary family support and resource service to help parents and families. Community Partners provides strength-based support to build confidence, skills, and connect families with community resources. The Community Partners program staff help parents define and achieve their own family goals to keep their children safe and thriving. Our staff work with families in their home or locations most convenient and comfortable for them. There is on-call availability within the Community Partner network.
